Based in India, Nirmiti leads operations, recruiter teams, and the development of scalable hiring infrastructure that supports international clients. Her focus is on building recruitment systems that combine speed, precision, and strategic alignment with business goals.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of recruitment operations, she continues to shape Carrera Talent into a platform that helps companies hire smarter, faster, and beyond geographical boundaries.
Sharon – Co-Founder & Director, Client Partnerships

Sharon leads Carrera Talent’s partnerships and market presence in the United Kingdom, working closely with organisations to understand not just their hiring needs, but the business challenges behind those roles.
Her focus goes beyond recruitment transactions, she works to build long-term partnerships with companies, helping them approach hiring with greater clarity, structure, and strategic intent.
Acting as the bridge between UK organisations and Carrera Talent’s recruitment delivery teams, Sharon ensures that talent solutions are not only efficient, but also aligned with how modern businesses grow and scale.
Through her work, she plays a key role in connecting UK companies with a global talent engine built for speed, precision, and reliability.
