Senior US Recruiter

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – aligned with EST/PST time zones)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing US Recruiterwho is comfortable working in US shift hours and engaging with global clients and candidates. This role demands strong ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate with a consultative approach in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of recruitment expertise, cultural awareness, and exceptional soft skills, ensuring a seamless hiring experience across the US market.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage  end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across multiple industries 
  • Source  and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking  channels 
  • Conduct  initial screenings focusing on technical fit, communication, and cultural  alignment 
  • Coordinate  interviews across US time zones (EST, CST, PST) 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations 
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding processes 
  • Maintain ATS data and track recruitment metrics 

  

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory) 
  • Willingness      and ability to work in US shift night shift in IST) 
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance basics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear, professional, and confident) 
  • Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountability
